Every order ships from Canada in plain, unmarked packaging. There is nothing on the outside to reveal what is inside or where it came from — your privacy comes first.
- Live Canada Post rates are shown at checkout (Regular Parcel, Expedited and Xpresspost), based on your address and order.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 (Canada).
- Processing time: orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time depends on the Canada Post service selected and your location.

Returns & exchanges
This policy is a starting point and should be reviewed before launch.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used. This is standard practice for adult products and protects every customer.
- Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
- Gift cards, lubricants, and personal-care items are final sale.
